Ship via FedEx Ground, rate is for Continental U.S. Price includes insurance. International shipping is available. International shipping charges will need to be determined.
All products have a thirty (30) day warranty. This warranty applies to purchases shipped within the United States. All international orders are excluded from this warranty and are sold on an as-is, where-is basis. Item(s) should be inspected and tested immediately upon receipt. Any physically damaged packages should not be accepted. ALL claims must be made in writing and dated within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Return Merchandise Authorization Number(s) (RMA#) must be assigned prior to returning any items. Any package returned without an RMA# will be refused. Items must be returned in original packaging in order to be accepted. Return freight charges are buyer’s responsibility. Returned item will be tested and a replacement issued if item is found to be defective. Customer will be charged $15 for any returned item found not to be defective.
If the above procedures are followed, the defective item will be repaired or replaced at Excess Logistics' discretion. The bid amount will be refunded if repair or replacement is not possible; however S&H costs are not refundable. Improper handling, physical damage, or acts of God void any warranty. |
