It looks like this is the first time you've visited our site so here are a few tips on how to find what you're looking for:

1. In the center of our homepage, you will find a search box labeled “keywords.” Enter into this box any specific items for which you are looking. This is an appropriate place to enter a specific manufacturer, item, or model number. To include more specific criteria, select the “advanced search” option located directly below the search button.
   
2. After entering keywords, select the number of results you would like to see per page. You can select as few as ten per page or as many as 100 per page.
   
3. Click search and let our website do the heavy lifting for you!
   
4. When our website generates the results of your search, find the item for which you were looking, and select “Add to Quote” (located in the far right column of the results page).
   
5. Repeat these steps until you have added all of the items you need to your quote.
   
6. At the far right side of the page, you will see a box labeled “Items on Quote.” Click on the small white arrow in this box to view your quote. You can also select “Manage Quote” at the upper left side of the page to view your quote.
   
7. When your quote opens, you will have several options. You can either submit the quote to Excess Logistics by selecting “Request Quote from Excess Logistics,” erase the quote by selecting “Clear the Quote,” print the results by selecting “Print Results,” or choose to close the window. The number of items of a certain type can be adjusted by changing the number found in the “QTY” box. To remove a single line item from your quote, select the large minus sign to the right of the Quantity box.
   
8. When you are ready to submit the quote to Excess Logistics, select “Request Quote.” This will take you to a new page. On this page, you should enter at least your name, city, state, zip, and email address, but keep in mind that the more information you enter, the better equipped we will be to serve you.
   
9. To have a copy of your quote emailed to you, check the box at the bottom of the page labeled “Email a copy to your email.”
   
10. Select “Email your Request” to complete the process.
    
11. If you encounter any problems or have any questions, please find the box labeled “Live Support” on the right side of the page. This will allow you to speak directly with a member of our Support Staff. If there are no available operators, please call our office at 864.529.0000 or use our trouble ticket system to email our Staff.
